Once again Cat is back early after leaving at 8.15pm and returning at 10.30pm. Think he’s realised being indoors beats walking the streets all night. Also adds strength to the idea that he doesn’t have owners or a home anywhere else. Being home early does have it’s own problems. Going to bed is a nightmare… Continue reading Bedtime.

Cat and the hedgehog.
Went outside with Cat at 10pm to see him off on his night patrol. Hoping that he’ll return before 1.30am. I suddenly noticed the hedgehog drinking from the strawberry planter water tray. Cat is resting.
I asked Cat this morning if he wanted to run the vacuum over the bedrooms. He didn’t seem all that interested.
Cat has a limp.
Another crisis. Cat went out on night patrol at 8.15pm Wednesday. Happy to see him come back at 9.15pm. Then noticed he was limping. Fun and games. Had to nip out to the shop so I got changed but Cat wasn’t impressed with the stranger wearing the blue checked shirt. I kept telling him it was me in a different skin but he kept his distance. Came back and he was happy again when I put my old skin… Continue reading Different skin.
